Campaign world
The campaign takes place in the world of Yarel, a formerly low-magic world where fantastic races and magic have returned from millenia of exile. New players should read the in-character introduction to Yarel.
Notable settlements
Religion
In Argatia most of the population follows a religion. The most popular in the country are the churches of the pantheon of the Marble Tabernacle.

Other regions
The campaign begins in Argatia, on the central continent of Yarel. Argatia is not the only country on this landmass however. Sharing the continent are:
- The mysterious western country of Espandor, shrouded in ritual and legend.
- The harsh southern desert region of Kornov - in which men huddle from the perils of the desert within sprawling cities.
- The Ridge Mountains or the Talon Mountains - places of lawless yet hardy mountainfolk with little formal culture.
